You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the App for your own personal entertainment. No rights are granted to copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Game progress and preferences may be stored locally on your device and/or on our secure servers to provide core functionality and sync your progress across devices.
