End User License Agreement

Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and YUKON CASINO GOLD RUSH LTD ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") for the Yukon Casino Gold Rush iOS application, which includes the software, associated media, and any online or electronic documentation ("the Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, YUKON CASINO GOLD RUSH LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

• Use the Software: Install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control, solely for your personal entertainment purposes.
• Access the Service: Access and use our backend platform and services in accordance with this EULA.
• Receive Updates: Receive and install any updates, patches, or new versions of the Software that we may make available.

This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from us
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Software
• Interfere with or disrupt the Software, servers, or networks connected to the Software
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Software or its related systems
• Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features to gain an unfair advantage

Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. YUKON CASINO GOLD RUSH LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names of YUKON CASINO GOLD RUSH LTD.

Virtual Items

The Software may include virtual currencies (Gold, Diamonds) and virtual items. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or prizes
• We retain ownership of all virtual items; you receive only a limited licence to use them within the Software
• We may modify, adjust, or remove virtual items at any time without liability to you
• Virtual items are not transferable between users or accounts

User Data & Privacy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. We collect and process your data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to such collection and processing.

We may collect gameplay data, device information, and usage analytics to operate and improve the Software. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YUKON CASINO GOLD RUSH LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Yukon Casino Gold Rush is a social entertainment product and does not guarantee specific gameplay outcomes or results.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YUKON CASINO GOLD RUSH LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of virtual currency, loss of game progress, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA:

• You must cease all use of the Software immediately
• You must delete or destroy all copies of the Software in your possession
• Your account may be deactivated or deleted at our discretion
• Any virtual currencies or items associated with your account will be forfeited

We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time for any reason, including violation of this EULA.

Updates & Modifications

YUKON CASINO GOLD RUSH LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software from time to time. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning properly.

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association in the jurisdiction where YUKON CASINO GOLD RUSH LTD operates.
